Q What is your returns policy?
A Refunds are provided when goods are returned in a saleable condition, within 3 months of purchase. Items manufactured to your requirements cannot be returned. Please note a restocking charge may be applied.

Q How can I tell the sizes of your parts?
A Each part has a code of the main dimensions, the key for each code can be found at the foot of each page.

Q I’ve seen something close to what I want but it’s not an exact match, can you help.
A Yes, we can modify most of our parts to suit your specific requirements, or we can make it for you.

Q What if I order the wrong parts, by mistake?
A As long as you haven’t used them and they haven’t been made especially for you, you can return them within 2 months of purchase.

Q How quickly can I get my parts?
A If the items are in stock you will receive them the next working day. We can arrange a timed morning delivery if required, please call us for a price.

Q What if I don’t know exactly what I want?
A No problem, give us a call with the dimensions of the part you are looking for and we will try to match it to an existing part, or modify an existing part or make it from scratch for you.

Q I’ve seen a wheel I want but you only do it in plastic, can you do metal as well?
A Yes, we can make a metal alternative with a poly tyre to most of our plastic wheels.

Q Are you the same as Reeley Plastics?
A Yes, we used to be Reeley Plastics but we have changed our name to Reeley Ltd to reflect the fact that we can also make metal and rubber parts.

Q Do you sell Matthews Catches?
A Yes, we supply both plastic and metal catches. We also supply a right angle bracket and fixings to make mounting easier. (See Catches & Handles)

Q If I need a part making how long does it take?
A Depending on the part between 1 and 4 weeks, please contact us for a quote.
